Coronavirus Update and Altered Procedures

Dear Client,

In response to this growing pandemic, we have instituted measures to ensure the safety of our employees and clients while maintaining our high level of service. These measures include limiting in-person contact, more frequent cleaning and sanitizing of our workspaces, and encouraging our team members to meet virtually and work remotely.

For the time being you may drop off your documents in the drop box located directly behind the building in the door marked “100”. Currently we are emphasizing e-signature service in an effort to make it more convenient for you to sign the e-file authorization documents on-line. If your returns are ready and you are not able to sign electronically, please call us to make other arrangements.
We want you to know that we’re here for you. We are fully operational, and you will continue to receive uninterrupted, quality service.

Providing remote engagements for clients is something Stephens & Soetenga, CPAs has been doing for years and as such we are 100% prepared to support our clients remotely where and when possible. We will continue to deliver technology-enabled, first class services, while making sure the health and wellbeing of our clients and staff are not compromised.

Thank you for being a loyal client and for your continued trust as we navigate through this time together.

Thank you,

Stephens & Soetenga, CPAs
