Updated Office Procedures

Dear Client,

In response to this ongoing coronavirus pandemic, we have updated our office procedures to ensure the safety of our employees and clients while maintaining our high level of service. We are continuing our effort to minimize in-person contact and sanitize workspaces, and we ask that visitors cooperate with the following updated procedures that affect them:

  • Please, No Walk-Ins. Stephens & Soetenga CPAs is taking precautions to help protect our clients and staff. Please be mindful of others and avoid coming into our office if you are ill or have been exposed to someone who is ill. We request that any necessary in-person services be scheduled in advance by calling 317-841-1900, ext. 1005.
  • Wear a Mask. Stephens and Soetenga CPAs complies with local and state government mandates, and requires all visitors to wear a mask upon entry.
  • Virtual Appointments to Ensure Health and Safety. For the health and safety of you and our staff, we schedule convenient virtual appointments conducted either by phone or video conference during our office hours. To schedule a virtual appointment, please call 317-841-1900, ext. 1005 or send an email to admin@fisherscpa.com.
  • Utilize our Drop-Box. For your convenience, we have added a Drop-Box location in our front foyer, as well as continue to offer a Drop-Box in our office suite back door marked S&S #100. Drop boxes are secure and will be monitored daily. Please feel free to provide all tax documents/forms, invoice payments, tax notices, and other correspondence via these Drop-Box locations.
